Have talked with multiple people in this office now, and every single one is rude, clueless, and unprofessional. Been trying to get a death benefit handled for someone who worked for the State of Kansas for over THIRTY YEARS and have got nothing but the run around from these people. A total joke and a disgrace to our state.
