Atria Hearthstone

I'd like to express my sincere appreciation to everyone at Atria Hearthstone for the wonderful care and concern they've shown for my mother in the past year. They have worked hard to allow a flexible direct care arrangement for mom that has been very beneficial for her. I can honestly say that every interaction our family has had with the staff (marketing, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, dining staff, activities, medical attendants, and senior management) has been positive and focused on answering our questions, providing information or addressing an issue.

I needed help moving a dear elderly friend into an Independent Living Facility. I live out of state, and had to fly in to see what I could do in order to make this happen. She was worried about how the process worked, but knew she needed to make the move.Working with Ed Roach was absolutely fabulous. He went above and beyond to make my friend feel comfortable and truly listened to her. She is hard of hearing and he made sure he communicated with her how she needed, and that she understood him. He was not at all pushy, and took extra care to make sure all of her questions got answered.I used to work for Atria many years ago, and it is great to see that the company has such wonderful people working for them currently. There are many options my friend could have chosen to live at, and she chose Atria. Ed Roach was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend anyone looking to move a loved one into a facility to talk to him.

Made appt for ingo and your. Mr.Ed Roach was wonderful. He did not shove the information on us, he took time to explain everything and gave us time to question & absorb in steps. We were not rushed into any decision making as alot of agencies do. He explained so well, we were very impressed. Then the tour. We were shown a model room and the room where my friend would be living, very nice, clean and roomy for his needs. The social area was impressive with honoring veterans and the dining area with meal selections were also impressive. We were grateful that it was not horrid and smelling like the place we had previously visited before Atria. Thank you to Mr. Ed Roach for being so informative, respectful and centering the appt for us.

The staff are very friendly and responsive. The food is awesome and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Great amenities for the price.
