Payroll is a joke. Consider yourself lucky if your paycheck is deposited on the day it's supposed to be. I have learned to not count on it to be there when it's supposed to. I won't make plans or put bills due til up to three days after I'm supposed to get my check. Then when you don't get it and you call to check when you will get it... there's always someone having an attitude with you for asking about your own check.
