I wish I could give 0 stars. They have a group of workers that treats this facility like their homes more than the residents home. On my second day of training I witnessed a resident being abused. I reported it as well as the resident reported it only for it to be brushed under the rug, and me be verbally attacked by the employee. Then ostracized by a click of employees that neglect residents, do each others hair while on the clock, sneak back in the facility and sometimes sleep in the empty rooms, manipulate the residents into being afraid to report what's happening to them. They don't follow the laws and rules when it comes to the medication. It was so bad that I went from Full-time to PRN only because multiple people that I cared for begged me not to leave fully because they stated all of the good people end up quitting. I went from being asked for my availability monthly to being taken off of the schedule by other unauthorized employees. Then the Director who did the schedule stopped asking me and every time I went in to check the schedule it was full. Then I got a text from the DON asking me if I still was wanting to work PRN. I said yes and that I had been waiting for them to ask my availability. But due to me being the only one reporting the abuse and neglect next thing I know I receive documentation in the mail as if I quit or was fired without ever being fired or quitting. And yes, the Director of the facility, and the lady in HR were very aware of everything only to ignore me over time.

CAME TO SEE MY GIRLFRIEND'S MOTHER AT 6:45 PM ON SATURDAY 9.3.19. AS NORMAL FOUND THE FRONT DOOR LOCKED AND AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO HAVE SOMONE COME TO OPEN THE DOOR NO ANSWER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! YOUR FACILITY IS CHARGING EXORBITANT RATES AND WE DEMAND BETTER SERVICE THAN HAVING TO WAIT TO ENTER THE FACILITY. HOW ABOUT PROVIDING EACH MEMBER WITH A CODE TO ENTER THE FACILITY IF YOUR SO CONCERNED WITH SAFETY OR DONT HAVE ADEQUATE STAFF TO MONITOR THE PHONES OR FRONT DESK AREA. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS.
