We are excited that this was a new building and the wonderful location in Leawood. Now that we are here, the food is excellent and we are very impressed by Kim with exercise. We would enjoy having even more balance and strength classes

I love the location. The Community is smaller, more personal and intimate. I love the boutique style of the building. Food is excellent, staff is great. It has a pleasant environment. Beautiful views and surroundings. Building is secure and safe.

I was looking for a place that seemed like 'home.' I was also tired of living in a large home while only using a small portion of it. Now, I am saving money and I do not have the stresses of owning a home either. My new 'home' is just the right size for me and if I didn't want to be alone, there is plenty of fellowship here. It's my home, but I have a 'little town' just down the hall.

The building is brand new and very clean. I love the apartment style, especially becuase of the in-suite washer and dryer. The location is perfect. Dining is always great here. I like the activities they offer here, such as the art classes.

We love the great staff and amenities that are here. THe food is delicious and they have a very friendly dog atmosphere. Plus no buy-in! We really enjoy the camaraderie, the exceptional service and the saltwater pool
