I've lived here 5 months. I LOVE it! Friendly admin, maintenance crew keeps everything ship-shape. The cleaning crew keeps the place spotless! I love my balcony! This place is perfect if you want quiet, or if you want activity. You can be as active as you want to be. Don't want to do any activities? That's YOUR choice! No forcing of involvement. There are things to do here, if you so choose. I love having laundry facilities right on my floor. No stairs. This is a great place to live!
