Caroline Mathia is at the helm of this building. She has been making great strides! Kaw River sits inside the Edwardsville campus of buildings, and has more private rooms than any of its sister locations. They are working on updating common spaces. I am excited to see what Dave their very handy Maintenance Director whips up next!

It would be great to get them back as a customer, serviced this building for its commercial pest control. They do a decent job at following recommendations and Dave their maintenance director is always making creative improvements where he can.
