I had a wonderful opportunity to be apart of this community. The staff welcomed me with open arms and would answer any questions that I had in a prompt manner. There are MANY activities that the residents may participate in (that I thought were fun too)! I hope that community members take the time to visit (when appropriate) and learn about the facility. This is a place that these residents call home <3

I have worked for chase county rehab for 12 years and have had nothing but great experiences there. Every one there has always acted in a professional way to myself other employees and when interacting with residents. Chase County Rehab is a great place to work and everyone there tries to make it a great place for our residents.

Chase County Care & Rehab is a great facility they have a strong focus on resident care and quality of life!! Their activity program is amazing - they are always keeping the residents busy and smiling!! The clinical team is focused on positive care outcomes - they received ZERO deficiencies on their most recent Infection Control Survey!!
