I assume the staff is fine. The manager is more than unaccomadating. Very rude, atleast the place is clean.

I'm Cheryl weishapl. Iworked athe fairview for 4 years. Ever since new management ccam in the place went to hell. The place is infested with cockroaches that I ended up taking them home with me. They tried to blame it on my neighbor. I have lived at my apartment for 5 years and have never seen a bug. I was at there at there beck in call. I never got anything from that place . They expect you to dtop everything and come running and you never ever heard the word we appreciate you. After seeing what all goes on there it's not a place to have a loved one. I would starve to death and live in my truck before I ever go back there.

I guess I'll give this 2 stars because some of the staff were decent. The food here for my mother was horrible but the fridge in her room so she could cook herself was nice. They has a roach infestation that also created some issues and scared my mother. I was always being billed for laundry that was never getting done so I finally started doing it myself. I had staff who was stealing my mothers clothes and other items and it was never addressed. SomeOf the staff would hide in my mother rooms and be on their phones and I reported it and nothing was done. This place isn't a good place to send your love one if you want them to have good care. I truly made a big mistake sending my mom here.
