Don't send your parents here. Totally fake, untrustworthy, and substandard service.Senior staff Lisa and others lied to me about providing details on my father's stay there after he died. Time and again with a smiling face and a mouth full of lies. Finally, in the 11th Hour, under the final notice from my father's estate, to have them subpoenaed to a court of law to extract the information, they provided a partial ledger only. He was only there for 3 years, they couldn't even account for that short amount of time. God only knows what they're doing with their long-term clients documentation, and other various aspects of their lives while behind closed doors.They made it as painful and as difficult as they possibly could for the executor and the family to wrap things up after his death. So disappointed, heartbroken, and angry. They should have gotten 0 Stars in this review.

The staff is highly skilled and they feature a physical therapy department among the best in the region. This is critical as a huge component of a skilled nursing facility should be a focus on rehab or at least maintenance of functional capability. Holy Spirit does this exceptionally.
