Dont intend on knowing your schedule if you work there. They take you off and put you on, take you off and put you on. It changes from hr to hr, literally. Plan to go in even if they take you off the schedule, so dont make appointments. God forbid, be sick, your doctors note might not count, Doesn't matter if it was an emergency or not, after being rushed to the hospital and the test results showed there was a medical reason for missing. Yet, other employees doctors notes count as gold. They sure dont treat all their employees the same.

Everyone Ive met here has a huge heart and love for the residents they care for! Lots of purposeful and unique events and activities - Music & Memory, Acorns & Oaks on-site daycare, weekly bible study and worship, service projects, and the list goes on. Perry Lutheran Home has changed my perspective on what a nursing home is and should be!

Great work atmosphere with resident centered care! Offers skilled level of care, assisted living, home health services. Very clean facility with updated and remolded rooms/units. Offers specialized care to dementia residents on secure units.
