My parents were in your facility in 2012. I am very dissatisfied with your facility. The care they were given was not up to code. My father had a pressure sore upon arriving and within one week it was 10 times the size. Both my parents could walk and after being admitted to your place they could no longer walk. My father was a diabetic and that was not monitored. They lost my fathers rings, my mothers glasses and her teeth. She developed her third UTI within six months. My mother also had two black eyes upon arriving on a visit. It was claimed that she fell. I call BS on that. I lost both of them in your care. Had I been a mandatory reporter at that time I would have tried to get your facility closed down. The nursing care when my mother needed assistance in using the bathroom was horrid. The nursing staff put one poor resident in a time out because she wanted to go lay down and was crying. A TIME OUT come on. That is called unreasonable confinement. I just thought you should know. I blame your facility and the guardian for my parents death.
