Consistency of service borders on elder abuse. No effective oversight of operation. Example: my 64 year old wife moved her mothers furniture so management could clean carpets. They forgot. Theres my 98 year old mother-in-law sitting in her kitchen surrounded by her furniture because They forgot. She could live at the Hilton for less money and better treatment. And no one seems to care

Thank you for the terrific 'Day Clock' Christmas gift! It was exactly what I need to remember day and date. I love my new home at Keystone. You and all the staff have been welcoming, caring and thoughtful. You must be proud to be surrounded by such competent and caring individuals. Once again, thank you for your thoughtful gift and all you do for all of us.I pray you will have a happy and healthy New Year! B. Kramer

Management doesnt appreciate staff. The DON talks to you like youre beneath her, tell you one thing but does another . They need lots of help but the DON tells everyone theyre not hiring. Management never know whats going on with residents because they never interact with them. Management communication isnt great at all . I loved working there , when Rachael was still there. I grew a bond with all staff & residents just didnt like how management treated us. You have staff coming in late everyday , some doing no calls no shows but still employed there, The DON fires me because of attendance. Oh I accumulated PTO hours 20+ hours & they saying they cant pay me out for them all of a sudden. Mary Jo doesnt listen to the staff, Shawn throw med managing on anybody. She talked about how they evicting residents etc. Keystone is not what they making it seem. I hurt my back & the DON told me not to repeat that I lifted a a resident by myself . Staff & residents left Keystone & went over to the new facility

Grandma just moved in and she loves it! We went and visited her over the holidays and we were really impressed. Her apartment was beautiful and staff seemed very friendly. She has already made new friends and is extremely happy in her new home.
