not impressed with the care. My dads mom was at good shepherd for over 3 years and questionable care had happened then. We refused to take my moms dad here but its the only place that works with the VA. I am aware there is a lot going on but I expected more from the nursing staff to try and help accommodate families. We called and waited 45 minutes to talk to my grandfather - turns out they shredded the number. not impressed.

If you're planning on doing skilled nursing here.....they will keep you way past the time you need to be here! They are are abusing Medicare for skilled nursing? Don't plan on getting a shower either! Mother finally received one after 10 days. Not until we had found out and brought it to their attention! Won't ever get my mother to come back here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
