My mom is going to be moved there tomorrow. I am hoping that this is the place for her. We have been reassured by Good Samaritan that she will be treated with the respect and dignity that she deserves. More to come later.

My father is in Good Samaritan Society - Indianola and he would prefer to be at home he is very well taken care of and enjoys the staff. We feel he is in good hands during this current Covid crisis. The staff is always very helpful when we have questions and setting up window visits.

Terrible conditions, my grandmother requested this place after she fell and broke her femur because she had a great experience post surgery 4 years ago. Management has changed since and the care she received was disgusting. The place is newly renovated and beautiful but the people who work there are unhappy and do not care about patients.

I cannot say enough good about every Nurse, Cna,Cma,housekeeping,kitchen,,,,,just everybody that works there. I couldnt have asked or received better kind loving care for my mother that just passed away last night.. I cant name names bc Im afraid of leaving someone out but every single one of those aides and nurses do their jobs with HEART and TLC. Like all nursing homes,, short staffed or not , they do their best and they ARE THE BEDT OF RHE BEST. Thank you from my heart for the care you all gave to my mother and also Kindred hospice, they too are the BEST OF THE BEST. From my heart I give my deepest gratitude to you all. I cant express how much I appreciated every one of you
