Horrible, the management patty is very rude and talks down to the tenants and Maintenance is worthless

I have been around Edgewater for a long time. In fact if I remember right I believe that is where my grandmother had a few hair client. Now I have some clients there as well. I always feel welcome by the staff and residents. I like the fact that a resident can be involved with the activities offered, as much or as little as they wish to be. I also like the idea of knowing there's always someone around if you need them. The residents seem to be the type that are willing to lend a helping hand where needed.

The manager patty is the worst person to try to talk to she talk down to you like your dirt under her shoes treat the tenants the same way the maintenance man don't do his job at all the talk reckless to the tenants and then there is the service coordinator that is equally worthless!!!! Do not let yourself or you family fall victim to these horrible people that are just out for a paycheck!!!!

I've been down here at Edgewater for a while now they have the nicest people that I had ever met Patty and the office is so sweet and they have a good lady that works back in the back everyday is somebody that works or is asking me if I need anything if everything's alright the apartments are due Street and the people that live here are some of the nicest people I ever met so I don't know what anybody would have against this place like I said I think a people that want to or some of the best people I've ever met and I hope I get to live here rest of my life and I'm happy to call these people friends thanks Edgewater thank you very much
