Country Manor Memory Care

I get the unique perspective of this community as a volunteer in a lot of ways. I believe this is a Fantastic community! When you walk in you feel like you are walking in to the resident's home, not 'a' home. My mom loves spending time with the residents, their families and the staff when she can. This community is constantly improving the care and activities for the residents that live there. The staff, who care for the residents, work extremely hard and are good at their jobs. I would highly recommend checking this community out. (Full disclosure, my wife works here, but my opinion about this community remains the same, regardless of that fact)

Please take some of these reviews with a degree of sceptacism. It looks like the negative reviews are coming from people out of state that violate Google's Community Sharing policy of 'conflict of interest' due to a 'former or current employment experience'. This community is in Iowa. What they claim to 'know as facts' clearly indicate a connection to an employee or management member. (How else would they claim to know inter workings of the community as they claim they do)The internet is a wonderful tool, but using it as as a weapon against a person or business is not considered a best practice, nor good common decency as a human being. Bullying should not be allowed nor tolerated by Google. In fact, they have a policy against it. Internet 'trolling' does ZERO good for anyone involved. Do not base your decision on these reviews (any of them for that matter), go see the community, meet the staff, meet the management, but more importantly, meet the residents and their families. Do not take the word of disgruntled people or their freinds/family backing them as the gospel. All of the reviews displaying violations of Google's policy should be reported to Google as abuse of their policy by Country Manor / Their management company. Some of the comments further prove this may be a personal situation rather than a global one. They also borderline on harassment if you were asking my opinion.

Country Manor is a wonderful establishment to send loved ones. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely cares for their residents. We are lucky to have such a facility in the Quad Cities.

Without a doubt, Country Manor is a wonderful place for your loved ones. The care the staff gives is very companionate and caring. I visit a family member staying there on a regular basis and have never had any concerns. They treat everyone like family and make you feel welcome. 5/5 stars because having a family member cared for here has been a positive transition and I know they are getting excellent care.
