The people that work here care about the residents a lot, even though they don't get paid very well and are understaffed. If you decide to have your parent live here, you have left them in caring hands that do the best they can with the resources they have been given. I know of the inner workings and know that almost every single person is out to make the lives of each resident better. I would know, I work there, which you might think would influence my opinion, but if it did, wouldn't be like I would get paid more if more people lived here, that's actually more work for me. I like it here, the people really make this place great. Stop buy some time during the week before 5 for a tour from the director
