One of the nicest apartment complexes in Cedar Rapids that come at a decent price. You can really tell that the property company (Perry Reid) cares about the residents by providing great amenities and updated interiors within the apartments. Also, the office manager, Colleen, is awesome to work with and works very hard to ensure the residents are happy.

We love our new home. So glad we made the decision to move here. Everyone is so nice and management is always so on top of things. Colleen is amazing. We will definitely try to move to a 2 bedroom after our lease is up.

On paper these apartments look great. We have lived here about 3 months and so far Im quite disappointed. We have had noise problems basically since day one. I dont know if its the apartment or our neighbor above us. Either way very annoying and disruptive. We have tried talking with the neighbor multiple times with no change. Following that we brought it to management multiple times, they agreed to talk to them. Again nothing changed. The last time we sent management a message we had no response to it. To me this is unacceptable and is something to consider if you are looking to live here.
