Country Manor is a wonderful place to work. New Management is doing its best to move forward and trying to make it a better place for your loved ones. I've been here 16 years in August and yes things change. You have to give New company a chance.

Terrible company, money hungry as stated below is right- they do not have the best interest of their employees that go above and beyond. Your concerns will go unheard. This company needs to find people fit for management positions to run their facilities.

They are a money hungry management company that cares nothing about the residents that live in the buildings they manage. They will bleed the residents dry for every dime they have then kick them out because they dont want the building to lose money taking medicaid.
