My mom was put into Millers Merry Manor for rehab after a bad illness. She is a diabetic, kidney failure patient. Not once did they serve her a diabetic meal, also rhey did not check her blood sugar OR give her insulin regularly at all.

My sister is currently in long term care. She is cared for very well, is clean, treated with respect and love. She is happy. She has been in before for rehab and loved her nurses. I have been in a Millers facility three times after a car accident and subsequent surgeries for rehab. I was cared for very well, had a private room and rehab, while hard, was made fun by the therapists. The food can now be ordered off a menu so that makes it more appealing.The staff as a whole are great, friendly and really care about their residents. I have seen much worse in other facilities around town. My only con is I wish the have more arts & crafts for the residents. I am noticing younger seniors nowadays and wish they would move towards more active things for residents.
