They need to spend more time with the patients so they really feel at home!

Do not use this facility for rehab or help with loved ones! My grandmother went here for rehab on her hip that she broke. The hip was healing, but this facility wasn't helping her like they should and caused a huge bed sore. It has gotten so bad that my grandmother has been moved into hospice care and is now actively dying with sepsis from a wound they caused! My grandmother was in decent health before this, other than the hip. Now she is dying because a bed sore from Lake Pointe's negligence. A complaint was filed with the state and the state DID find the claims substantiated.
