I worked here and the staff were disgusting they talk about one another they are never clean nothing gets done. I find it disgusting how they treat the patients here. Patients need warm friendly place where they feel that they are heard and important this place is definitely not. The workers here also can care less always on there phones and the way they treat the staff is terrible. I will never work in a place like this again. And they should report to state because residents deserve amazing care this is not it.

Having to move our mother into assisted living was a difficult decision to make. We have found that the nurses and staff have truly become part of our extended family. It's a warm and friendly place. Our mother was one of the first residents when they opened. It feels like home. The staff has taken the time to get to know the ins and outs our mother's colorful personality. We couldn't ask for better care. Rittenhouse is wonderful!
