I wish there was a way to give negative stars. My mother in law was just moved there today. She is there for rehab on her knee. The staff that came in to take her to the restroom and they were very rude to her. Her knee was hurting and they told her that she just needed to deal with it. Im very upset. If this continues Im calling the police. They have multiple bad reviews, Im very upset that her caseworker at the hospital sent her there.she also said that he was very rude to her.

Good PT & OT. Night shift was negligent at best. I thank God my stay was short.

I had a family member who had a temporary stay here and I thank God they had a voice to speak up about neglect. In the short stay here she observed that neglect from CNAs and LPN alike was common place here. It was a normal thing for patients to be screaming for help from their rooms for hours, without any attention, for my love one to walk out of her room to see a nurse's station full of employees standing around chatting and laughing. Please beware before admitting a loved one here. Patients are blatantly ignored to their faces only to be mocked and ridiculed when they walk away. My sister who was here suffered greatly. She suffered beyond what she already went through from surgery when her calls for pain medication was ignored for hours and she lay in bed suffering in pain while the nurse played on her phone. During her stay a poor old lady died in the TEMPERARY WING of this facility. Please head my warning. Beware!
