The Residences at Washington Street

This facility is amazingly gorgeous!! Cathy, office manager, is wonderful and oh so friendly. She makes you feel like your right at home. I feel safe day and night. The grounds are beautiful and very well lit. Personal residential parking. Lots to do inside. Everyone here is so nice!!! I love the open concept and huge closets. Home Sweet Home

My father-in-law Natalino Comarella passed away 08/27/18. That night his apt was broken into by a woman that called herself his friend. She took family heirlooms, cameras, guns, knives, jewelry, gold and silver coins and many other things. The crime has been report to the police. Her name is Leta Franciso and her boyfriends name is Gene Williams. After my father in law passed, the management changed the locks. We were not allowed to have the key but some how, later that night she was given the key by the apt building manager. She had the key all night to come and go as she pleased. He lived at the Residents at Washington St. Leta Francisco lives there too. If you or any of your loved ones live there, please keep close eye on them to make sure they are not being taken advantage of. This woman claims shes a friend to them and steals from them! BEWARE!!! Evidently she ( Leta Francisco) and her co conspirators thinks her 3 year friendship with my father in law entitled her to steal all his belongings!!! Never mind that my husband has been his son for 49 years!! You think 3 years of friendship......you know a person and are entitled more than a son of 49 years? This was his father!!!! His parent!! They shared a life before you came into it!!! If you were friends...like you say you are....why didnt you take something personal to remember him by like the cross over his bed? Instead you took all the gold and silver and guns....and small things you could hide while snuggling them out!!!! Whats the comparison? She, the manager and everyone else involved better get their story together. I hope youre all reading this! The law is coming for all of you!

The manager is a great person. The apartment was what I wanted, including the washer and dryer. Storage was adequate. The maintenance manager was prompt and very responsive. I'd live there again in a heartbeat.
