All I can say is wow very nice facility off the beaten path in kennard Indiana. Place was very clean an well cared for nice 1 bedroom apartments for seniors 50 plus.place had plenty of room and activities also had an area if need be to entertain family an friends up to 20 folks. I give this place an A+ and a thumbs up
