No one ever answered the phone. Absolutely no communication from nurses or physician. Case management was an absolute joke compared to other facilities.

Customer service is very poor. Several time when calling in front desk representatives were clueless. However, did appreciate the family check in which happened once a month. Would highly NOT recommend this facility for your love one.

This facility needs to be shut down. They let the residents do whatever they want to do. Not only do the not care about the people who stay there but they do not care about their staff.

Building has gone through some dramatic changes. New staff, new lobby, and theyre continuously improving and making things different.

They do not pay their vendors on time, or, at all. It took me many months to receive payment from one event in March, and I still have not received payment from a May event.
