recently visit a friend she lives here she is over 70 years of age. I found this place to be not Senior friendly 1. they do not have a handicapped door these SENIORS have to fight with a heavy door to get in and out! 2. if a SENIOR does not have a land line they have to come down to let visitors in; these apartments should be equipped with the option to buzzed visitor in from your cell-phone. Plus it is great that you offer exercise programs for the Senior in the building . I feel that 1 & 2 should be address and I shocked that no one else sees this as an issue.

I contacted this 'Golden Manor Apartments 'a month ago, after viewing their advertisement on 'Craigslist '.Call and pick up a application, to be place on waiting list.Call last week,to bring back this midmorning, around 11am.Got to the entrance, dial their management office several times, and no pick up.I'm pretty sure, they knew I was standing by the phone, was a camera is present,by the phone.Saw residents leaving management office, and still no response. I feel if employees, are going to work around the public, need to know how to deal, with these public. Cause these black people, are unprofessional, and disrespect. I end up mailing off my application later today.I can care less,if I live there.Cause they have no respect, for human.

I called this property and inquired about their credit rating. Whomever I spoke with was a bit nasty,(if you don't have good credit don't bother to apply here). No one knows what life changes can cause your credit score to drop, I understand the importance of a good credit score, i was only asking so I would not waste their time or mine. My credit rating has nothing to do with me paying my rent and utilities on-time. Some people should take a customer service class. I'm quite upset. One day they too will be old and in need of help. God forbid.CW

The girls that work in the office are so nice and do a great job! The new male manager is very rude!! He has no compassion for the needs of his residents and was very disrespectful when we called to inquire about a 'benefit' for the residents. Its a shame things that used to be available for the residents no longer are under the new management. Hope things can change for the better.
