Full of covid. Won't disclose actual numbers which is required by law. Absolute death trap for your loved ones.

We had my mother-in-law in Greenwood Meadows and for the most part it was bad. Most of the help treated my mother in law like she was a nuisance, with no kindness or caring attitude. The food was horrible. It was mostly canned, processed or frozen food heated up. Management never made improvements despite our multiple meetings with them. We caught them in lies all of the time. They would say that they were doing things to improve processes but we never saw any improvements. My mother in law was flipped out of a wheelchair due to no foot rests being placed on the wheelchair. They would never admit to any wrongdoing. They always made excuses for bad things going on. Management there is terrible. They talk the talk but dont walk the walk.

We had a bad experience here. Staff were not very attentive. My mother fell and broke her pelvic here. They stated she got out of her bed, walked to the wheelchair about 7-10 feet from her bed, wheel herself in and fell going to the bathroom. She was in rehab after suffering RSV and barely had the strength to pick up her own fork. There is absolutely no way she got up on her own and did this. We caught them one other time wheeling her to restroom and leaving her. On another note... she is in University Heights to rehab from break and the staff are all so nice and very attentive! They actually care about the resident and family!

I was there for IV therapy only. I completed my treatments on Saturday; however, the discharge coordinator insisted that I stay till Tuesday and even THREATENED to keep me till Friday. Only when I insisted that she was padding the Medicare bill, was I released. Floor staff was pleasant, but management was rude and domineering.
