Staff is good, but not sufficiently equipped. Clean sheets and washcloths not available when needed. Bad communication between staff, not enough nurses or aides staffed. Bandages do not get changed when needed, meds do not get administered promptly. Cardon, Inc. is a terrible company, my sister has gotten infections on 2 separate stays at 2 separate facilities.

Not enough people on staff to care for the residents the way they should. Did not change bedding of a family member while in their care . They did not do anything they were supposed to do to care for my brother to ensure proper healing and safety and managed to send him back into ICU after only 4 days off being there due to either negligence or not educated on how to care for him. He was worse off when back into ICU then he was going in . Would not recommend this place to anyone.
