I actually am the daughter of the Apartment Manager, I have went to work with her many times! My mother tries her absolute BEST to help out with the people here, so I dont appreciate the rude comments considering it legit ruins her day. We have seen a lot of nice and a lot of rude people come into the office. To be honest these apartments are truly nice. And if you have a complaint tell the manager and she is willing to help. Im sorry that you had that experience Dexter but if you really felt that way you shouldve said something about the Thin and old walls and the office is never empty either Morris/ Danny is here or My Mom and Him are here.But no offense you dont see anybody else saying anything about it, and all of the apartments are full. I LOVE coming to help my mom! Just had to respond!

Thin walls, old, and they will change up thier lease agreement. Stayed there for a year. After I moved they kept my deposit and refuse to give it back. Saying I stayed an extra week. When I was informed by the property manager I could. And then said I broke the screen door. When I moved in the maintenance man seen my screen door was broke and then told me everybody screen doors is like this. So please tell me again why I couldn't get my deposit back? The deposit is $200 dollars and told me because I stayed an extra week I owe them some money. The rent isn't nothing but $470. So how? And they will charge you extra $50 if you're late on rent but the there is no one in the office. They office stays empty. Just thought I'll would share
