Clinton House Health and Rehab Center

Management runs off employees. Turn over rate is unreal. They hire CNAs with no experience. Worst job I ever had due to management. I found prescription medication on the floors almost daily. I reported it to the executive director nothing was ever done. Residents complained about Management being unfriendly and stuck up. Residents complaining about never getting laundry back. I wouldnt take my worst enemy there for care!

I would just like all to know that Clinton House is a joke of a place to send your loved ones. It is ridiculous there, the staff are very unfriendly, except for a select few which go out of their way to help residents and others, this is mainly 3rd shift nurses Kelsey and Carla . The care there is well below mediocre, staff are very rude, do not show up on time for their shifts and do not care for their residents like they should be. The turn over rate is horrid; they have been flagged multiple times for violations when State comes for items that should have been fixed long ago. There are aides whom skip their showers so they do not have to give them, or even give them all in one day and refuse give them on their days they are supposed to. So I advise you not to go work there, or even consider taking your loved ones there for care unless you desperately have to; even then I would reconsider. So if you want your loved one to live in a dirty, run down, over crowded facility where they do not receive the up most care, by all means take them there, if not I recommend driving 20 miles to Lebanon and taking them to Homewood Health Campus or any Trilogy facility, they provide the best care and treat staff wonderful

Clinton House is a great facility for your loved ones and to work. The staff are friendly and helpful with your needs. The teamwork shown throughout the building is exceptional and the care for the residents is something the entire facility takes pride in. I would recommend Clinton House to anyone wishing to apply or to bring a loved one. 'We are family serving families'.
