I learned a lot today about how the patients through them are treated, NOT WELL. Patients in their care end up in the hospital from home instead employees negligence. I was going to work there they told me what current employees are doing and it is wrong in so many ways.

They provide the best home care for seniors. Their office staff is personable and professional.The care providers they send out are caring, compassionate and hard-working. Been with them for 3.5 years now. They also provide overnight service.

I am very impressed with the diligence of the scheduling staff to make sure that needed shifts are filled, and that I can rely on Home Instead to fill all shifts fairly quickly and efficiently. I am also very pleased with the quality of the care-givers provided by Home Instead. This is of most importance for my parents. Everyone has been caring, attentive and they've all been hard workers.
