Family First Companion Care

Family First took care of my father for over 2 years and I can't brag on them enough. They went above and beyond any other care facility that I have dealt with before. They were accountable, friendly, and trustworthy. I could always get through to the director when needed and she was very responsive. Family First did an outstanding job and highly recommend this company.

Not impressed with the caregivers sent.

Family First is my only choice for care in the area. It's a small locally owned business with a focus on quality. When I call with a problem, I can get straight through to the Executive Director. The staff is friendly and available. The caregivers I encountered are well trained and kind capable women.

Family First caregivers and office staff were consistently polite, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond any requests or questions I had about their services. Fantastic company and people.

I would never put a dog in these hands check the background check and federal laws make sure they have drivers license and corrected to back it up and make sure that when they interviewed leveling care for and not her right on site do your homework and don't ever question!!!!Every caregiver that came to our house can even have a car or I couldn't read so why are you paying money for somebody that can't get a quarter store to get your hair done or go shopping and live their life and they said have a background in dementia and I'll timers check them out I filed a suit against attorney original and I will not back up do not take your love ones there don't pay that money the supervisor sucksWell I guess if you'reIt's in the health department in the supervisors name I can get out have very disrespectful to pay that kind of money nobody drove a car and we caught him sleeping and yes we had a kid right now home we're not done with you don't put your family and I love being in this place everI can't wait for the results don't what you're out of the red ones get hurt or beat up especially when your little one gets hurt if I have a caregiver and they try to cover it up we get it on video and everything do not let this happen to your leveling this company totally said they don't live and I don't know how to deal with dementia and Alzheimer's patients well Rachelle going to check out and get some more train because we are not gonna let this go ficus I tried contacting company and the supervisors i Who my covered with Vinny if you could I had she said she was gonna take care of them he promised me that she could come by and see the caregivers are really doing they did she never followed through never in on top of that my mother got hurt and try to blame it on her or not put up with this and I will fight for any elderly 11 because I believe the chassis is with not served and don't pay for this justice will value and it will be A matter of time before I hope your company is closed down and I will fight through just like I said Attorney General's office and no help and Karen Evans for money and if you have more than one complaint against you her mini attorneys so you better start watching your back and practice your people like you said you do and I know for a fact you don't make sure they have a car which I know for a fact I can't do it because it's broken!!I find it funny that they have so many positive result he's joining the company or a friend of a friend check it out check with a journey of attendance office in the health department and turn them in noe. And I promise you we will not stop this into our lawyers but will through with this company this with my mother and living wonderful woman and you try to say negative things about her kid is Acacian and make sure for a fact they don't do background checks on their employees don't ever trust this company
