The people who live there are cared for. It's a clean, wholesome environment for disabled and elderly.

They rented us an apartment with burn holes in carpet then raise your rent. Also its supposed to be a handicapped apartment and the shower head is too high to reach. Not much privacy here either. Few nosy neighbors. Most neighbors are nice though. It is section 8 so if you earn more income they raise the rent that much. Also you have to constantly be reevaluated and sign more papers than one would have to buy a house.

There not very good help I live here for 20years I ready to move they don't care much there tentent they just one get the money
