I was living here for under a month and got evicted for being assaulted and calling for police assistance. They lied in the eviction notice and referred to things in the lease that arent there. They also said they informed me that I couldnt have any other overnight guests which was in fact another lie. They never informed me of that. I had a friend I work for stay because I was scared for my own safety. Something of which, Blue River services clearly doesnt care about. They are a crooked company and never again will I use them nor will I let anyone I know use them for their crooked services.
