At the suggestion of the responder to my last (low) rating, we called admin Josh and have had an amazing turn-around in communications. In trying times, I believe this is a very important part of the service provided. While my MIL is still not yet in the facility, I am more than grateful to the helpful manner in which this issue was addressed. It was, and continues to be, more than I expected. As the administrator of this amazing community it is truly a pleasure to serve these seniors at Evergreen Village. Beautiful and brand new, 24 hour certified care givers, safety and security of private rooms, fitness center, rec rooms, housekeeping and laundry services and so much more! I highly encourage all of you to come see what we have to offer, I know you will love it like I do!
