My husband has been here for over a month and we have been very happy with his care there! I get a report everyday on how he is doing. He as accepted with Covid and he has gotten the very best care there. Im very empressed with the nursing staff and his physical therapists. He has made better progress there then anywhere else! One star is way to many! My review is no longer on their website. It warned the public about leaving loved ones here. The staff starting at the front offices all the way down to the nursing assistants were terrible. NA's sleeping in the halls overnights, concerns being ignored by the front office people etc. My mother was found in the floor in the wee hours of the morning screaming for help after falling out of bed with a broken hip already mind you! I warned them this would happen, I begged them to do their job and just watch her. I pleaded with the Nursing Home Director to do her job by getting nurses and assistants to do their job. In the end it all fell on deaf ears. I witnessed first hand call light being ignored even the patients are ignored for hours and hours at a time there. So please be weary of this place. It's every horror story you've ever heard about nursing homes sadly

My dad has been in Augusta's Cottage at Countryside since 2010 and has received excellent care the entire time. The place is always kept clean and residents are tended to.

Unfortunately I cant give zero stars. This place is AWFUL. They do NOT take care of their residents. There is a button to press that allegedly will bring help if a resident needs it, but Ive seen it used and no one came. If it had been an emergency, my friends grandmother would have died. Today my friend went to visit his grandmother and found her having fallen and sprawled on the ground for god knows how long while the nurses were just chatting. Their only job is to take care of their residents and they do a spectacularly horrible job of it. I am not the type to leave scathing reviews, but this place has nearly killed someone I know multiple times and counting. This place either needs a complete rework or, more likely to work, a full shutdown. Do not send anyone you care about here. Its a waste of money and of life.
