Aperion Care Wilmington

i recently worked here. (it is a horrible place to work by the way) couldnt get myself to stay any longer then i did. the staff did not care about my well being, my requested time off, or anything. even when asking for a specific day off a week for school, they still continued to schedule me. This place certainly picks favorites, and does not do pretty much anything they are supposed to do. I once was told to lie to visitors and outside people about things so that they could not get into trouble for their laziness and mistakes. almost everyone there is unprofessional, money crazed , and just flat out rude to both staff and residents. most of the time when i was there i was barley relieved for a break. even on 6 or 8 hour shifts. i also wasnt even able to go to the bathroom when i needed to because of people laziness and carelessness. this place is a disgrace and should definitely be shut down.

They are not feeding my grandma the right way ! They will not answer my calls very unprofessional ! I'm a CNA and I can not believe this place! If someone even cares at this place they should give me a call or I'm gonna get ahold of who I have to!!!! The report will be a mile long and this place may be shut down

Big RED FLAG with this company! Company administrators requested personal information on my loved, only to find out he was never going to their facility.
