Heritage Woods is a wonderful place! Great environment, staff, activities, services, and food.

Met some lovely residents at their Happy Hour!

I worked there around 2 years ago in dietary and then at the front desk. I would trust them with my family, which I think is the highest compliment I could give. I've seen behind the scenes, and what I've seen is care and respect. I've been to many of the assisted living and nursing homes in this area and none compare to heritage woods. It's actually a community, and a home, for the people that raised us or our parents. The staff welcomes suggestions and ideas. They provide that extra level of care and security that you're unable to provide 24/7. I've seen how they fight to keep residents independent, working with family and outside agencies to provide the best quality of life they can. Any issues brought to the staff are handled respectfully and followed up on. This place is a rare find. If you're thinking about them as a home for someone you love, go take a tour and get on the waiting list asap. The only current ties I have there are I'm friends with the activities director on fb and I visited at Halloween because I thought the residents would get a kick out of my wizard costume.
