I have worked there for 33 years and learned alot. My sister Becky Akers Retherford has been there 25 years and loves the residents. We both care for our residents as if they are our own family. We both take pride in what we do and the care they get.

Exceptional Care is such a fun place to work! I really enjoy all the fun opportunities we get to have each month from dress up days all the way to popcorn Fridays! There is always something fun going on. And I like to give Paige Gann a shout out for being an awesome worker and always having fun with the residents!

I loved working at Exceptional Care and Training Center, I miss all the residents and staff members. Kassandra Trickel is one of the most caring and dedicated person Ive had the pleasure of working with, she goes above and beyond in her duties every day. Devin Helfrich is also a caring worker who is always willing to help his coworkers. Hes an amazing person and it reflects on the care he gives.
