We were looking at places for my mom so we met with staff and thought it could be a good fit. The facility is very nice and our initial meeting with staff was also good. After that, we were not updated with much else. I never received a call to know when/if they were going to do an observation of my mom at her current facility. Once they did come, I was never called back to see how it went or if she was denied or accepted. I actually found out she was denied from the staff at her current residence.The communication was very bad all around. I would have been fine with a call to let me know it wasnt a good fit so we could begin a search elsewhere. There was no common curtesy to inform me at all. Its quite disrespectful when you are dealing with peoples loved ones.
