My husband has been at Autumn Leaves for just over a month and I'm very pleased with my choice of facilities (and I visited all within a 10-mile radius of St. Charles). The staff is very caring; from the facility director to the activities coordinator...to the nurses and aides....to the restaurant staff. While the residents don't spend very much time in their rooms, the bedrooms are large and well-appointed. I was initially attracted by the smaller size (single story with only about 40 residents 'give or take') and the layout which is easy for residents to navigate. The common areas are bright and airy and welcoming. Looking forward to enjoying the outdoor patios once the weather warms! If you're considering memory care for your spouse or parent, definitely check out Autumn Leaves!

Autumn Leaves of St. Charles really understands the needs of people living with dementia. The administrators, the nurses, the care-givers, food preparers, the maintenances workers, offer the residents one-on-one attention. They are kind, respectful and always professional. The rooms are clean and decorated with the residents personality in mind. It is a smaller community. Everyone knows your name, be you resident or visitor. Theres always an activity for the residents to engage and the staff very encouraging. I highly recommend this community to others.

My mother has been at this community for a while now. She is getting wonderful care here and is doing very well. She was at another place prior and Autumn Leaves is superior in every way.

Autumn Leaves of St. Charles is such a good memory care residence. The staff is wonderful. The facility is beautiful and clean. Mom is so well cared for. I cant say enough about the level of compassionate care. Family welcomed always. Mom given TLC.
