Every time I go to visit White Oaks its a very relaxing experience. The residents seem to be very content and are always busy with planned activities. The atmosphere of the building gives off a very calming effect the minute you walk in!

Really welcoming place, residents look happy

At first I thought White Oaks at Spring Street was a very nice place, but after my 93 year old mother was misdiagnosed and given a prescription that caused an allergic reaction, without the POA being consulted, I was not happy. Then later the family was given notice to remove her to another place because of a contagious infection. Read the fine print because your options are nil.
