The place literally employs wanted fugitives international at that. This can all be fact checked as well. They just don't seem to care much about the safety of their clients. Sad world we live in.

Bria of Chicago Heights is an outstanding facility-the staff go above and beyond everyday. It has remodeled the exterior and built a brand new parking lot for staff and visitors. I highly recommend this facility

Went there for a visit today. The first thing that alerted me was the strong odor of urine as soon as you walk in the door. The was a complaint about one of the rooms being overrun with flies and gnats. The buck was passed as far as whose responsibility it was to handle it. Needless to say it was not handled two hours later when we left. The photos are fake. The rooms are nowhere near that nice and there's no store on the premises that we could see.If you have loved ones at this facility, if you're unable to move them, make sure you visit on a REGULAR basis. It's sickening!
