I am a current resident at this facility. They are understaffed. Many times residents lay in soiled diapers for hours due to lack of employees. The administrator NEVER does anything to help anybody. Now shes taking away our washer & dryers. Its becoming more like a PRISON. She is a bully who sits behind closed doors. Its a darn shame they continue letting her be administrator to this facility. They clearly dont see the meals that being served or they just dont c

The ADMINISTRATION is so poor, they never return calls for days. They allow residents to threaten death and bodily harm to employees and other residents. It seems HELL has come above. The only way they wish to solve the threats is to allow residents to be harmed and threatened on a daily basis.
