Supportive is the key to the name of this community. Clean, generous spaces. Facilities maintained beautifully. Food is fresh and plentiful. Rooms are bright and superior to surrounding communities, I reviewed them all. Family and resident support is the objective and they achieve their objective and more. The assistance offered to me for a year to gain an apartment for my family member was exhaustive, professional and thorough. Never, did I hear someone say we cannot help you - only 'how can we help' over and over again. After a VERY difficult banking history, and a VERY difficult family member, the very qualified professionals got an approval to move ahead with admitting a resident. My thanks, respect and ongoing support through referrals of this facility will continue. Thank you Oak Hill.

Terrible place! Workers stoled my grandpas wedding ring, clothes, and his Credit Card number (purchased expensive shoe from Chicago online) Didnt clean the rooms when they said they would clean it once a week. Some of the staff members that didnt treat the residents kindly, where not held accountable for their actions. What caught our eyes was the exterior and interior of the building but in realty this place is a brutal and I would not leave your loved ones here.
