My Mother moved into this facility In October. She started getting bed bug bites almost Immediately. The new Manager of the facility insisted the room had been spayed before my mother took occupancy. While I believe they did spray my mother continued to be bit. Throughout November they continued to spray to remedy this situation but it remains unresolved as my mother has continued to receive new bites. My mother who was admitted into the er last night was quarantined because the nurse at Sweeds saw a bed bug on the hospital bed my mom was on. This is ridiculous. My mother will not be going back there from the hospital. They need to condemn this facility.
