Nurses and Housekeeping surely make notice. The residents, whom you work for are being made to feel sorry for wetting themselves. I seen residents getting reprimanded by nurses for having to wait over 1 1/2 to use bathroom and when residents cannot wait any longer they urinate all over themselves. . Truly a sad and disappointing place for your family members to abide. One star? Just look at outside and you'll understand the inside -1 star, The head housekeeper, apparently doesn't care if urine has been on residents floor for nearly 4+ hrs. She has other duties (in which doesn't pertain to head housekeeping) mostly outside, ? I could give you room #'s in which urine has been left on floor and for those residents who've Surely been yelled at for such things. most residents are living in an unsatisfactory situations. There rooms are piss poor to say the least. Apparently the state just turns a blind eye or maybe they havent been aware! Neverless, to the workers who tend to the people, Please do your job and have compassion. The state will be notified tomorrow. Someone needs to be aware.

Very disappointed in the care of my exhusband! He phones me when he needs a bath!!!!
