Renters beware! You can hear and smell your neighbors bathroom duties. 802 has had a water pipe leak in the wall for over a year that they will not fix. Mold? A predator as keys to everyone's apartment. Lock up your medication! Better yet, change your locks and don't give them a key!

This place is awesome for my father. Set up well. Same level, no steps to trip on. Large handicap shower with a good size study bench. Hand rails galore. Very nice appliances with new washer and dryer.

I played dominoes at the clubhouse. Nice and clean and could adjust the temperature. The ground area looked nice too.
